This is a LIVE virtual personalized program for the individual who is seeking a stronger, leaner and confident body--inside and out! Together we work on your goals and achieve them! Equipment is REQUIRED! You will need a pair of light and heavy free weights, and both circular and long resistance bands.

-Each virtual class runs 30 minutes.

-Individual classes expires after 14 days from day of scheduling.

-Liability form signature submission required before participating -- all policies and cancellation information are provided for you on the form.

-10 class bundle saves $30, expires after 45 days from day of scheduling.

-10 class bundle can only be purchased if client is scheduled for two sessions per week.

-Classes need to be scheduled.

If virtual training is not your thing, no worries! We can make a plan and schedule to meet in person in the outdoors or it can be a house call. Equipment fee, traveling mileage, and workout prescription is already added to pricing package.

-In person coaching is only available to those within a 6 mile radius from TFT home studio.
